8:30AM - 5PM Monday to Friday (office) Relay/711 is available 24/7
Required Documents
For phones: Prove residency with one of the following: Florida driver's license, ID card, voter registration card, vehicle registration or Medicaid card; or a letter from Social Security with your name and Florida address.
Eligibility
For phones: Must be a permanent Florida resident with certified hearing loss or speech impairment, and be at least 3 years old.
