Availability
This is a property-based program and the assistance is limited to the 50 units available.
Hours
8AM - 4PM Monday to Friday, except holidays (office); closed Saturday and Sunday.
Eligibility
Maximum allowable annual income of $19,450 (1 person) or $22,200 (2 people).
Fees
No application fee. Security deposit and rent are based on income. Pet deposit is $300.
Intake Procedure
All individuals, on a first-come, first-served bases, must complete an application, meet guidelines/resident selection criteria, verification done by third party, and then are placed on the waiting list until a unit becomes available and/or their name comes up. (The average wait is 12 months.)
