Description:
The foundation provides HIV/AIDS clients with an on-site health care clinic, pharmacy, free HIV testing, case management, a client choice food pantry, a clothing closet, and community outreach to educate and raise awareness of HIV/AIDS.
Program Fees:
We accept private insurance, Medicaid/Medicare or individual may qualify for the Ryan White Program. Qualification for the Ryan White Program:
1) Must be HIV/AIDS positive
2) Live in the State of FL
3) Low income, which means a gross income less than or equal to four hundred percent (400%) of the Federal Poverty level. For 2018 that means less than $48, 240.
