Law Enforcement Volunteer Opportunities

Organizations that are actively seeking individuals with the requisite skills and experience who are willing, on a voluntary basis without remuneration, to provide support for law enforcement and/or judicial authorities. Volunteers in this position must be empowered by law to investigate or conduct an official inquiry into potential violations of the law; make arrests, when warranted; and/or or conduct criminal, civil, or administrative proceedings arising from an alleged violation of the law. Included are police officers, investigators, tribal authorities, community corrections agency personnel, probation officers, campus authorities and others with law enforcement credentials who wish to volunteer their services.
