The Service Tree lists all services in "branched" groups, starting with the very general and moving to the very specific. Click on the name of any group name to see the sub-groups available within it. Click on a service code to see its details and the providers who offer that service.

Labor Arbitration/Mediation

Programs that provide a third, impartial person who is selected by the parties to a labor dispute or appointed by an outside body to facilitate discussion between the two parties as a means of helping them reach their own settlement decision (mediation), or to preside over a hearing in which both parties present their case and issue a decision which both parties have agreed in advance to accept as final (arbitration).

Labor/Management Consultation

Programs that provide technical assistance for labor and/or management groups to help them resolve a current dispute and/or to learn effective negotiation and dispute resolution techniques which can be used to develop and maintain effective working relationships.

Unfair Labor Practices

Programs that prevent and provide remedies for unlawful acts by either employers or unions or both when a covered individual, organization or employer files an unfair labor practice charge.
