55+ with no felony record (anyone within past 2 years misdemeanor, eviction, bankruptcy, foreclosure or poor credit score up to management discretion), and required to meet income guidelines
Fees
$85 Nonrefundable application fee, $150 holding deposit. $300 nonrefundable fee per pet; $150 at renewal. Current apartment rents are: 1 bed/1 bath, $546/mth; 2 beds/2 baths, $665/mth.
