Eligibility
Charlotte County income limits apply (extremely low, very low, low); age and disability. There are 90 units for people ages 62+; as well as a small number of units for people with verifiable disabilities. Income limits change yearly.

Intake Procedure
Completed application for housing for wait list; consent to screening; and verification of identity income, assets and past 12 months medical expenses required at time of offer of available unit.
