The Charlotte County Community Organizations Active in a Disaster (COAD) created a point of entry to assist residents with the economic hardships they may experience as a result of COVID-19.
The Charlotte County COAD is a public/private partnership between community organizations that are activated during all types of disasters to coordinate and respond to emerging
community needs.
